Barcelona Finance Hub announces strategic alliance with Scale Out Corp. to connect Barcelona's fintech ecosystem with Japan

The Barcelona Finance Hub is excited to announce its new collaboration with Scale Out Corp, a Tokyo-based company specialized in innovation and new business development. The main objective of this alliance is to boost the internationalization of fintech startups between the Japanese and Spanish markets, generating strategic connections, real growth opportunities and co-creation between ecosystems.

Scale Out Corp. has a strong track record in supporting Japanese companies through lean startup methodologies and structured innovation programs. Through this collaboration, both organizations will launch the JAB (Journey to Alliance and Beyond) program, which will allow European startups to validate their potential in Japan with the support of local experts and will open the door to future investment and expansion opportunities in Asia.

Thanks to this alliance, Barcelona Finance Hub members will have access to a direct channel to explore the Japanese ecosystem with a specialized support network, minimizing risk and maximizing market understanding. For their part, Japanese corporations will be able to identify international startups with validated value propositions aligned with their strategic challenges, generating co-creation opportunities beyond traditional investment.
